2. Orders & Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
2.2 Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
2.3 Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
2.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.
3.2 Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
3.3 Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier issues) will not constitute a breach of these Terms.

4. Consumer Guarantees & Warranties

4.1 Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to certain guarantees, including that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match descriptions.
4.2 Our products come with a 3 month warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
4.3 If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to:

• Replacement

  Refund

  4.4 These remedies are provided in addition to any rights under ACL.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 To request a return or refund, contact us at cryptominersaustraliahelp@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.2 Goods must be returned in original packaging and in saleable condition.
5.3 Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
5.4 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or opportunity

  6.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under ACL, including statutory guarantees.

7.3 We do not accept liability for damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
